Life happens “Above and Below” us, each and every day. On the good days, we are apart of all the wondrous magic going on around us. On the bad days, we take life for granted and maybe even feel a little entitled to the pleasures, joys, and treasures life has given us.
I don’t know much and some days, I know less than I thought I did. However, what I do know, at this moment, life is a treasure and every moment is a gift not to be taken lightly.
Yesterday, in my mind, I brought my kids home from the hospital and I was a young man. Today, one has graduated from college and the other is on the verge of spreading her wings and life is passing in the blink of an eye. I realize although I have captured many of life’s treasures, there are many jewels and gems I left along the road of life.
With the picture “Above and Below” I wanted to show a small glimpse of the magic happening around us. From the setting sun to the swimming fish and everything in between, blessings are what make up the life we live. So take “Above and Below” with you. Place it where it can be easily viewed so when the rush of the day sweeps you away you can be reminded of the treasures happening daily.
