Outline for Ownership

• A. Owner gets Ownership and Transfer of Ownership Certificates
• B. Seller requests written Transfer of Ownership
• C. SteelAway verifies the Transfer request
• D. SteelAway delivers to buyer a new Ownership and Transfer of Ownership certificate

All pictures which have been created by me are numbered. Ownership and Transfer of ownership certificates are delivered with the pictures and copies are kept by me in a secure location.

For your picture to retain its continued appreciating value and to enhance its security, I want to be able to track the ownership of all my pieces. Therefore, each time the picture changes ownership, a request for transfer should be made by the Seller.

Upon receipt of the written request, the records will be consulted and from my information I will contact the current seller of record and verify the transfer. Upon confirmation, the ownership transfer will take place and a new ownership and transfer certificate will be delivered to the new owner.
